Côte des Bar
From Bar-sur-Sine to Bar-sur-Aube, the Côte de Bar vineyards form a circular arc to the southeast of Troyes, among which Pinot Noir is king.
Here you will find hilly landscapes, a green countryside, and a patchwork of plots shaped by winemakers.
The vaulted wine cellars and famous cadoles are typical of this area.

The region has a beautiful wine route around Bar-sur-Seine. It stretches along 200 km between Troyes and Bar-sur-Aubois.
As well as the wine route, Côte des Bar has other cultural and architectural attractions, such as the old Riceys mansions and other historic and artistic sites: Essoyes, where the painter Renoir lived, and Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises, where General de Gaulle had his final home.
